Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nematron Corp EPC1500T-N270-2GB-40SS-XP-DC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Power-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delta-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nematron-Corp product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-Electronics such as the M1046CXR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ICP015 manufactured by Delta-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Delta-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IWS1934 by Manufacturer Nematron-Corp as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
